Job summary
CorsoCare Hospice in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home hospice care Friday through Sunday, 8am–8pm, serving the Greater Columbus area. You will join a compassionate team focused on comfort, dignity, and family support.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed to practice in Ohio, with clinical home-care or hospice experience. You will assess patient needs, administer care, educate families, and coordinate with the care team
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
- Ability to work in home care and bereavement settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide Hospice nursing services, treatments and preventive procedures.
- Assess and reassess nursing needs and develop care plans.
- Coordinate with IDG and family to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate families and supervise other nursing staff as needed.
- Maintain records and follow HIPAA regulations.
