Job summary

HIA Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager. This full-time role provides nursing care to hospice patients, coordinating with the IDG to meet goals and comfort needs.

Based in Fargo, you will support admissions, assessments and symptom management while offering emotional support to families. Requirements include an RN degree (BSN preferred), 1 year hospital staff nurse experience or 2 years health care, and ND/MN RN licensure with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year hospital staff nurse experience or two years in health care.
• Strong interpersonal communication, counseling, and teaching skills.
• Scheduling flexibility and team player.
• Familiarity with principles related to dying and death preferred.
• Current ND and MN RN licensure; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary group (IDG).
• Admit patients, perform physical assessments, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support.
• Ensure care aligns with patient goals and medical director approvals.
• Based in Fargo office and serve surrounding communities.
