Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and to coordinate compassionate, patient-centered care. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity in home-based hospice settings.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
