Qualifications

• Must have an active Washington State RN license.
• Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice is preferred.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management to terminally ill patients.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families through end-of-life care.
• Administer medications and treatments for comfort and quality of life.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.

Skills

Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license

Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
