Envision Hospice is looking for a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, quality care to patients in King and S. Snohomish Counties. You will assess and address patients' needs across various settings, ensuring care aligns with their goals and wishes.

The position offers competitive compensation of $104,000 - $120,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications and manage symptoms effectively.
