Care Initiatives Hospice in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Hospice team as a Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off. You will provide comprehensive end-of-life care in home, long-term care, or hospital settings with dignity and respect.

This full-time role includes nights on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with on-call duties from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM, weekend coverage, and supportive care for patients and families during the dying process.

Qualifications

• RN with at least two years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide care in home and facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive end-of-life care to patients and support to families.
• Respond to emergent needs during on-call hours and weekends.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure comfort, dignity, and respect for patients.
