Midland Care Connection in Topeka, KS is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to support end-of-life patients at home, in facilities, or in our inpatient hospice house.

You will assess conditions, manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team while documenting care accurately.

A current RN license, graduation from an accredited program, and valid driver’s license are required; hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work PRN/as-needed hours.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred hospice or home health experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide as-needed skilled nursing care to support end-of-life patients.
• Assess patient conditions and manage pain and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure individualized care.
