Responsibilities

• Develop and support individualized hospice care plans.
• Assess prognosis and guide care planning.
• Act as medical consultant between teams.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure 24/7 physician availability for urgent needs.

Skills

Licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
