Qualifications

• Maintains an active License and DEA in the state where care is being provided.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the interdisciplinary care team and lead IDG meetings.
• Participate in in-person and virtual visits for symptom management.
• Join Call Coverage Rotation, available 1-2 nights per week and one weekend per month.
• Exemplify teamwork and lead learning initiatives on end-of-life issues.
