AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to lead patient-centered care in Minnesota. You will provide medical leadership, oversee care planning, and mentor hospice physicians and staff toward clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities, participate in quality improvement, and educate teams on pain management and end-of-life care. Strong communication, judgment, and collaboration are essential.
AccentCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Medical Director ready to promote excellence in patient care through active participation in care planning, quality improvement, physician mentorship, and staff education. In addition to internal clinical leadership, the Hospice Medical Director serves as a key ambassador for the hospice program by building relationships with community physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and healthcare organizations. Through education, consultation, and advocacy for hospice and palliative care, the Medical Director advances the organization's mission of providing comfort, dignity, and expert care to patients and families facing life-limiting illness.
