Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to develop and maintain therapeutic patient relationships across the healthcare continuum. The role emphasizes advocating for patient and family participation, delivering high-quality, cost-effective care, and meeting regulatory requirements.

The RN will assess learning needs, provide patient and family education, and apply the nursing process to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Maintain CPR certification and licensure as an RN.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient transfers.

Responsibilities
