Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hospice or home health.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

• Develop individualized hospice care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers about symptom management.
