Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• IV certification required at time of hire.
• BLS for healthcare professionals (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Infusion Therapy 30 hour course completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing tasks to patients and families as per plan of care.
• Demonstrate clinical skills adherence to company policies, including medication administration and symptom management.
• Monitor patients for changes in body systems, pain, and symptoms and report to the RN.
• Document care in the medical record per policy and procedure.
• During emergencies, you may be reassigned to ensure continuity of services.
