Job summary
Jobot is seeking a licensed nursing assistant for a Hospice House in Southern New Hampshire. The LNA will support patients with daily living activities, personal care, and comfort measures in a home hospice setting, coordinating with RNs and the hospice team to ensure dignified end‑of‑life care.
Position offers a 2nd shift schedule with tuition reimbursement and loan‑paydown programs, plus comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Assistant in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing.
- CPR certified, satisfactory background check and motor vehicle record.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to patient‑centered care.
- Comfortable working independently in the home setting while collaborating with a clinical team.
- Preferred: home care experience or caring for dementia, COPD, cancer, post‑surgical needs; PT/INR checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Provide comfort measures, mobility support, and fall prevention.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home hospice environment.
- Collaborate with RNs and hospice team to deliver dignified end‑of‑life care.
