Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Home Health Aide (LNA) to join an interdisciplinary team. You will provide personal care in patients' homes under the supervision of a nurse, with flexible part-time to full-time hours and benefits.

Travel to patient homes is required, with mileage reimbursement and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. The role supports a safe, welcoming environment and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on patient/client care
• Maintain a neat and safe environment for the patient/client
• Use proper techniques for bathing and hygiene care
• Dressing of patient/client
• Grooming of patient/client
• Toileting and incontinence care for patient/client
• Meal preparation for the patient/client
