Job summary

Hospice of the North Coast is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our intimate team, providing personal care to terminally ill patients in the home setting under the direction of the RN Case Manager.

Candidates must hold CA CNA and HHA certifications, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and demonstrate experience or training in hospice care. We offer a supportive work environment with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice care ideal.
• Ability to provide compassionate personal care and maintain patient hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to terminally ill patients in home settings as per plan of treatment.
• Maintain patient hygiene and a safe home environment.
• Offer respite support to primary caregivers.
