Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity through personal care, companionship, and home support.

You will follow care plans, document care, and communicate with nurses and therapists while visiting client homes across the assigned region. The role requires a CNA/HHA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HHA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle for client visits.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or personal caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting.
• Knowledge of safe lifting and transfer techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and basic wound care as directed by a nurse or therapist.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Document and communicate care updates accurately to supervising staff.
• Offer compassionate companionship to support clients’ social and emotional well-being.
• Travel to client homes within assigned region.
• Assist with routine tasks as needed to support independence.
