Bristol Hospice - Madison LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our hospice care team in Beaver Dam, WI. The role supports patients and families under RN supervision, delivering comfort-focused personal care and daily living assistance.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA or HHA per state regulations.
• Prefer 1+ year experience in community health/hospice.
• Must have completed 75 hours classroom and supervised training.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and annual renewal.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform daily care tasks (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance).
• Support comfort measures and personal hygiene.
• Record vital signs and report changes to Case Manager.
• Communicate with patients and families with empathy and respect.
