Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice team in Madison, TN. As a Hospice Aide, you'll provide vital personal care and emotional support, ensuring dignity and comfort for patients during critical times. Candidates should have at least six months of relevant experience, current CPR certification, and must be comfortable working independently and with a hospice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum six months experience providing personal care.
• Qualified candidates must be 18+ years of age.
• Current CPR certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Observe and report changes in the patient's condition.
• Assist with ambulation and safe equipment use.
• Help with self-administered medications per state regulations.
• Offer companionship and comfort to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team.
