Qualifications

• Must have completed training requirements of the state of practice.
• Minimum of six months experience in personal care.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
• Assist with medication self-administration as per regulations.
