Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform nursing tasks compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores.
• Document care with date/time for records.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
