Human Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Denver, CO. You will assist patients with ADLs, monitor health status, and ensure a safe and comfortable home environment under RN/LPN supervision.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and offering companionship. We value reliability, empathy, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move patients safely.
• Dependable and punctual with patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs and mobility under RN/LPN supervision.
• Provide personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding support.
• Monitor health status and report changes; take vital signs as directed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with care team.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
