Job summary

Altus Hospice in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on end-of-life care in patients' homes. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure comfort, dignity and personalized support.

Responsibilities include following the plan of care, assisting with personal care, documentation, supporting families, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care per the plan of care and attend to patient needs.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, hygiene, and comfort.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records per policy.
