UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Hospice Aide CNA/CHHA in Egg Harbor, NJ for full-time home visits. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, monitor client conditions, and support household tasks while maintaining high confidentiality and using EVV. Must have NJ CNA/CHHA certification and reliable transportation.

Preferred CPR certification and 6+ months home care experience. Hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM with a 50-mile service area.

Formación

• CNA or CHHA certification in NJ required.
• Must have reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Work with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds in home settings.
