Optum seeks a Home Health Aide to support patients in their own homes within a 50-mile NJ radius. This full-time role requires NJ CNA/CHHA certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation for flexible, in-home visits.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, and escorting clients to appointments, with training on EVV and patient safety. Benefits and competitive hourly pay are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• CNA or CHHA certification in NJ required.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Function in diverse home settings regardless of client background.
