As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.

• This is a PRN/Inconsistent position doing Home Visits for Hospice Care.
• CNA or CHHA certification in NJ required.
• Our Business Hours are Mon-Fri, 8AM-4:30PM. We also have evening/weekend hours available.
• Our agency covers a 50 mile radius. Candidates must be able to see patients within this area.

Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualification

Preferred Qualification

• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.40 to $27.60 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
