Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide personal care, comfort and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, monitor patient changes, and follow care plans under RN supervision.

Strong communication and empathy are essential, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team within a patient-centered, mission-driven culture. Training and growth opportunities are offered to support caregivers.
