Journey Hospice in Central PA is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support terminally ill patients in home or facility settings. The role works under an RN and contributes to the Hospice IDT, delivering compassionate care and documentation per care plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Observe, report, and document patient conditions and care provided; ensure timely charting of services.
