Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide certification current and in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and ambulation.
• Records vital signs and reports changes to RN.
• Uses safety techniques and proper body mechanics during care.
• Prepares light meals and performs essential household tasks for patient well-being.
• Maintains required educational hours.
