Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working in hospice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities as directed by the Hospice Nurse.
• Provide assistance in toileting, positioning, and transfer activities.
• Aid in personal hygiene and grooming activities.
• Assist or remind patients to take medication.
• Help with light housekeeping and changing bed linen.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Obtain vital signs under supervision of the Hospice Nurse.
• Report changes in patients' conditions to the Hospice Nurse.
