Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working in hospice.
• Ability to assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities.
• Capable of reporting changes in resident's/patient's condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities.
• Provide assistance in toileting and positioning.
• Assist in ADL activities like personal hygiene and grooming.
• Remind the patient to take medication.
• Assist with light housekeeping of the personal unit.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Obtain temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Report any changes in condition to the Hospice Nurse.
