Responsibilities

• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities.
• Provide assistance in toileting and transfer activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and skin care.
• Remind patients to take medication as per regulations.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Obtain temperature, pulse, and respiration as supervised.
• Report changes in resident's condition to the Hospice Nurse.
