Job summary

A leading hospice organization is seeking a Chaplain Volunteer Coordinator to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will coordinate volunteer efforts and ensure high-quality spiritual care is delivered. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ideally have a Master’s degree. Experience in pastoral care within diverse communities is highly valued. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of active work in pastoral care ministry.
• Experience managing hospice volunteers is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and assignments of hospice volunteers.
• Develop and implement individualized spiritual care plans.
