Job summary

Qualifications

• Ordained and endorsed minister or equivalent pastoral care training.
• 1+ year of health care or death and dying experience.
• Comfort working in an interfaith setting.
• Proficient with general computer use and online HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent spiritual presence aligned with hospice values.
• Provide spiritual resources and counseling to patients and families.
• Document spiritual needs and progress notes in patient records.
• Engage with patient/family and clergy as requested.
• Offer literature and resources to support spiritual care.
