Medical Services of America is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families in Mercer County, PA. You will work collaboratively with staff and local clergy to ensure all aspects of care are honored.

Qualifications

• At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required.
• Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology preferred.
• Experience working as a hospital or hospice chaplain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families in their homes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to assess spiritual needs.
• Offer grief support and bereavement follow-up.
