HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our 5 star clinical team, delivering skilled in-home care that helps patients maintain independence. You’ll work with a dedicated team to follow the Plan of Care and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in the patient’s home environment.

Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• Experience as Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide a plus.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
• Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
