Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our five-star clinical team, delivering skilled services in the patient’s home to help regain independence and comfort. The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and high-quality personal care within a supportive environment.

You will work with a coordinated care plan, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to established procedures, with flexible schedules and remote coordination where appropriate.

Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide a plus.
• Current CPR certification
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
• Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
