Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our 5-star clinical team in the Bay Area, providing skilled care to help patients regain independence at home.

The role requires HHA certification, CPR, and a driver’s license; prior home health or hospice experience is a plus. We offer competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision, and flexible scheduling in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide a plus
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
• Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
