Job summary

Northern Arizona Hospice, a part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Home and Community Based Services Aide in Flagstaff, AZ. You will help clients stay in their homes with personal care, daily living tasks, and companionship, guided by a caring team and structured EVV documentation.

We offer a $700 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $27.69, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and stock options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Ability to handle diverse client situations with respect and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
