Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide to provide personal care and daily living support for clients in their own homes in the Flagstaff area. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments, while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

You will monitor client condition, document vital signs, and use EVV systems, with opportunities for career growth within a supportive environment that values caring

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
