AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA in Chisago City, MN. This full-time, on-site role supports patients at home or in facilities with compassionate, hands-on care and dignity.

Salary ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with a Mon-Fri 8-hour schedule. CPR and state CNA certification are required, and a reliable vehicle/driver’s license is necessary for travel within Brooklyn Park and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• State-certified nurse’s aide with required training and competency exam.
• CPR certification may be required for direct patient care where applicable.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and be eligible to provide care in homes, facilities, or hospitals.
• Requires a reliable vehicle and auto insurance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and dignity in care.
• Support patients in their homes or facilities with mobility and daily living activities.
• Monitor comfort levels and respond to patient needs while maintaining safety and infection control protocols.
• Adapt to home or facility environments and maintain professional standards in varied conditions.
