Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide / CNA for our Chisago City, MN office. This full-time role supports patients at home and in care facilities, delivering hands-on personal care and end-of-life comfort with dignity.

You will work Mon-Fri 8 hours, earn $20-$25 per hour, and join a team recognized for excellence and compassionate care. Requirements include state CNA certification, CPR where required, registry listing, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide with required training and competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in applicable states.
• Must be listed on state aide registry with clear record and eligible to provide care.
• Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and state auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Assist patients at home or in care facilities through movement and activities while maintaining dignity.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and ensure safety and infection control.
• Work in home and facility environments with flexibility to varying conditions.
