Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team in the 21-County Twin Cities service area. The position offers $19-$25/hour DOE, mileage reimbursement paid with wage, a $500 sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package for eligible full-time staff.

You will provide in-home and facility-based care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, and observe changes in patient condition to keep the nursing team informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice or home care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, attentive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
• Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during each visit.
• Follow individualized care plans while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
• Create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment wherever you provide care.
