Job summary

Hospice Care Partners in Irving, Texas is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care during scheduled visits in the North Dallas area. You will follow the plan of care set by the nursing team and report changes to the RN.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, and safe repositioning, while upholding patient dignity. A CNA license in Texas and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification in good standing, or equivalent hospice aide training and competency documentation.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, on time, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Located in or near North Dallas / Richardson / Plano / Garland.
• Ability to safely lift, turn, and reposition patients using proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, and repositioning.
• Support patient comfort and dignity at every visit.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition to the RN.
• Document each visit accurately and on time.
• Be a calm, respectful presence for patients and families.
