Ennoble Care in Passaic County, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our hospice-focused team. You will care for a census of 5-6 patients at their homes, assist with ADLs, and help with mobility and personal needs under the direction of a Hospice Nurse.

The role emphasizes reliability, safe mobility, and supportive care; requires NJ CHHA, valid driver's license, US work authorization, and Covid-19 vaccination.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ State CHHA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Spanish language ability (Se Habla Español) preferred; English fluency not required.
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients in home settings.
• Provide or assist with ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer activities; frequent turning and positioning of a bed-bound patient.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and ROM under nurse instruction.
• Light housekeeping of the patient’s unit, including changing bed linens and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
