Job summary
Holisticare Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to care for patients in Monmouth and Middlesex County. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with close collaboration with our nursing team to provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and valid HHA or CNA license, plus 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Qualifications

- Valid HHA or CNA license required.
- Minimum 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide Personalized Care: follow care plan to ensure comfort and well-being.
- Assist with Personal Care: bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, shampooing.
- Be Dedicated to Customer Service: deliver exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Provide Support for Families: guide and support during terminal illness.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: record details per standards.
