Job summary

KeystoneCare invites applications for a Hospice Aide/CNA or HHA to provide compassionate, patient‑centered in‑home hospice care in Philadelphia/Montgomery County. Under RN supervision you will assist with personal care, comfort measures, and support to ensure dignity and quality of life for patients.

Full‑time and part‑time roles available; benefits include paid time off, life insurance, and medical plans for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with direct patient care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with toileting, incontinence, oral care, skin care, and repositioning.
• Help with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Support patient comfort with non‑medical interventions and environment checks.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment; assist with meals as needed.
• Document care provided according to facility guidelines.
