KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice in Philadelphia County/Montgomery County is seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA or HHA) for full-time in‑home support. You will assist with ADLs, provide comfort, and help clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.

Under RN supervision, you’ll join a compassionate team, enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($15-18/hour), PTO, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA or HHA.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide comfort measures and emotional support for patients experiencing advanced illness and end-of-life care.
• Reposition and transfer patients safely to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as appropriate to the patient's condition and care plan.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or comfort level to licensed nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Welcome and assist family members and visitors in a compassionate and professional manner.
