Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks a compassionate, Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to service Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. The caregiver will visit patients at home, provide ADL support, basic nursing tasks, and work within a hospice-focused team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

The role requires CNA/CHHA certification, one year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or CHHA certification with hospice or home health experience.
• Minimum one year of CNA/hospice/home health aide experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5-6 patients in the home.
• Assist with ADL activities including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
• Assist with toileting, transfers, positioning, and ROM as trained by Hospice team.
• Support light housekeeping in the patient’s unit and laundry.
• Assist with meals and report changes in patient condition to the nurse.
