Job summary

CorsoCare is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team in Plymouth-Canton and surrounding areas. The role supports the home health and hospice program, delivering personal care under RN supervision, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The position requires Michigan CNA certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills; Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with community-based visits and flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan.
• Experience in hospice care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and related services in the home as part of the hospice team.
• Follow the care plan under supervision of the RN Case Manager and Clinical Manager.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices during visits.
